Our sales team can assist you in designing the perfect print for your bag. The minimum print run is 1,000 bags, and terms and conditions apply. We also offer BOPP lamination woven polypropylene bags which allow you to achieve 100% print coverage. These bags are best suited for high graphic designs which have been digitally created. We can assist you with the artwork to help create the most dynamically pleasing bag possible.

Circular FIBC Bag Construction
​
The circular bag is made from a sheet of tubular fabric that forms all sides of the bag, allowing for stitching only to the top and bottom of the bag. Although the structure is tubular, when filled, the circular bag is still similar to a square container, and retain the shape to the smallest structural type when filling.
U-Panel FIBC Bag Construction
​
The U-shaped panel bag consists of three main panels - one extending over the bottom and two sides and two additional pieces of fabric sewn into the two sides of the U piece that form the other two sides. Similar to other structural types, U-shaped panel bags will remain square when filled. U-panel bags are the industry standard and are the most popular type of construction, offering high safety workload (SWL) and ruggedness.
Baffle 4-Panel FIBC Bag Construction
The four-panel bags are stitched together by four separate sheets to form a square structure. When filled, the four-panel bags will retain their square shape, similar to other structural types. Typically, the 4-panel bag will retain its shape better than the U-panel bag, and the U-panel bag will retain its shape better than the circular bag. The 4-panel bag is ideal for storage because it retains its shape when filled.
